    Bert's Disc Golf Tips
First, learn how to throw with a stable disc (Avenger SS, Comet or APX) before trying an overstable one. Accuracy is more important than distance. Make sure to follow through after you let go of the disc, and don't try to throw every disc at 110 percent. It's the smooth movement in your rotation that makes the disc fly, and it's not all about power.

Better ways to practice: After every tournament you found out the hard way what your weak points are. During practice I'm working on those weak spots by training them in almost impossible positions, as long as it takes. Try to think of the impossible and make it happen!!! (learn from every mistake).

In The Disc Golf Bag: Drivers
    Disc Comments
    Z Force
    (174 gm)
My main driver. Ideal in the windy weather in the Netherlands and also perfect for forhand shots. Keeps a straight line with a predictable fade.
    ESP Crank
    (174 gm)
I use it more and more for straight shots with hardly any fade. Also use a domy one for turnover shots. My max distance driver, even further than my Nukes.
    Z Nuke
    (174 gm)
Also one of my main drivers. Use it a lot for distance and S shots. Flash Z 175. Straight shots 400 feet or less.
    Z Stalker
    (174 gm)
Superb disc for straight shots without fade. It holds the line you throw it perfectly.
    ESP Flash
    (174 gm)
I use beat-up ones for anhyzer drives.
    ESP Predator
    (174 gm)
When the wind is so hard that you want to go inside, the Predator saves you everytime and delivers accurate drives.
In The Disc Golf Bag: Midrange
    Disc Comments
    ESP and Z Buzzz
    (175 gm)
Z is slightly overstable, ESP is very stable. The most perfect midrange disc ever made. My most important disc. Straight or Hyzer shots with perfect consistency.
    ESP Comet
    (174 gm)
Even at slow speed, it will stay in line for ever. Throw it a bit harder and it will give you a smooth turn. Great accuracy disc.
    ESP Drone
    (175 gm)
Use this disc for extreme Hyzers or with max wind.
In The Disc Golf Bag: Putt and Approach
    Disc Comments
    X Soft Focus
    (174 gm)
This putter feels perfect, very straight aproach shot, and slightly hyzer putts
